Processing times

 

Delivery

Delivery is currently only available within Great Britain. For local delivery (GU1-3) please contact me directly prior to purchase if you would like to collect in person.  

Returns and exchanges

I do not offer refunds, but am happy to exchange an item within 14 days if the fit is not quite right for you. For hygiene reasons, this excludes earrings.

To arrange an exchange, please contact me as the first step. 

Ring sizing

Many of my rings are custom made to size. This means that getting your sizing correct in the first place ensures the best possible fit when you receive the finished item.

I would suggest using a ring sizer (which can be purchased cheaply online from Amazon etc) or having your measurements taken professionally by a local jeweller if possible. 

When taking your size, bear in mind that temperature will affect the size of your finger. If you’re cold it will be small, and if you’re too warm it may be slightly swollen. Always measure your finger when you’re at a neutral temperature for best fit.

Jewellery care

For the longest lasting shine of your jewellery, it’s truly worth following the below guidelines. Your pieces will thank you in the long run, I promise!

✨ Remove jewellery when showering, or in pools and hot tubs. The pools and hot tubs are particularly important due to all the chemicals used to sterilise the water - these will react with the metal to dull shine and even cause blackening if it’s a particularly strongly chlorinated tub.

✨ Remove jewellery when applying perfumes and moisturisers. Again, the chemicals can react with the metals but also, layering creams over your jewellery will create a greasy film which just doesn’t look great.

✨ Store jewellery properly. We’ve all done it - diligently removed necklaces before showering and then left them on a steamy windowsill for a few days. Instead, store your jewellery carefully in a jewellery box, or the box or bag which it came in. You can also find anti-tarnish strips online which help maintain a good storage atmosphere for your jewellery. 

Handmade and unique

All jewellery is handmade by me in my studio. This means there may be some minor differences in each piece, making each item of jewellery unique.
